I’ve lived in the Tri-Cities since I was 10, so this area is really home for me. Over the years, I’ve worked a mix of jobs around the community — mostly in restaurants and in contracting and service-based work — which gave me a pretty good feel for how different people work, communicate, and make decisions.
Working in restaurants taught me how to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and deal with all kinds of personalities in a fast-paced environment. My time in contracting and service work gave me a more hands-on understanding of how homes and properties come together, along with the importance of being reliable, detail-oriented, and showing up when you say you will.
I also completed the Interior Design Certification program at BCIT, which gave me a stronger eye for space, flow, and functionality. It’s helped me look at homes in a more practical way — not just how they show, but how they actually live day to day, and what potential they might have with small changes or improvements.
I’m new to real estate, but I don’t take that lightly. I know there’s a lot to learn, and I’m here for it. What I do bring is a strong work ethic, a straightforward way of communicating, and a real understanding of people from being in the community and working with them for years.
I’d say I’m pretty easygoing and fun to work with, but also honest and direct — I don’t believe in overcomplicating things or sugarcoating information just for the sake of it. My goal is to make the process feel clear and manageable, especially for people who might feel overwhelmed by it.
At the end of the day, I care about doing things properly, learning as I go, and helping people feel confident in the decisions they’re making.
